Are my credit card and payment details safe?
Myset uses a system with 128-bit SSL software which encrypts your credit card details when added, so no-one can intercept them. This process ensures your card information is not exposed at any stage and only Myset can carry out your transaction.
Which Credit or Debit Cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Maestro & Solo.
Is the product I want in stock?
Myset makes every effort to ensure all items on the site are in stock. If something you order is out of stock you will be notified as soon as possible and a refund, alternative or delivery date will be arranged.
What are the postage costs?
Myset currently charges £1.95 for P&P on sales up to £50. When you spend £50 or more postage is FREE. We try to despatch orders next working day and send them by 1st class Royal Mail so they should take 2-3 days.
I do not live in the UK/mainland - can I still buy items from you?
Set currently only accepts orders from UK mainland based residents with a UK mainland residential address and UK mainland delivery address. If you live outside the UK please email us with your details and requirements and we'll quote you delivery costs.
How soon will I receive my item?
All parcels are sent either on the day the order is received or the next working day, via Royal Mail first class delivery and should be with you in 2-3 days. Set will not be held responsible for any disruption of postal service caused by the Royal Mail or any other force.
What happens if I change my mind?
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to change your mind. If you are unhappy in any way simply email us in the first instance, then return the item to us (we recommend using a guaranteed postal service) for a full refund. We do not refund the cost of postage and packing, as this is subsidised by us in the first instance.
Items must be unused and in a condition which warrants them re-saleable. We reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if we have to reduce the item in any way to resell it. This includes damaged packaging.
We will refund you as a soon as we receive the item and you will be informed by email when this has taken place.
Do you charge VAT on all orders?
Vat is charged on all items at the prevailing rate of 17.5%, excluding zero-rated items such as childrens clothing, shoes and books. The prices you see for each product includes VAT where applicable.
